Youth Ministry

"One thing I ask of the Lord, the thing I seek the most

is to dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life."

Psalm 27.4

Purpose:

The youth ministry at First Baptist Church of Davison is dedicated to "being" a vital ministry relevant to what God is doing in the 21st Century and is committed to raising up a generation of young adults who will be warriors for Jesus Christ.

Vision:

Our youth ministry is student-led.  Students are given ownership in the planning and implementation of their worship experiences and youth events as mentored by a team of adults.  By putting the ministry in the hands of students, the goal is to better equip them as followers of Jesus to reach their generation and be a vital part of the Church's mission.
