    Keep active with strength training! We meet weekly to do a variety of exercises and have a professional trainer lead the class once a month. This is a free class open to the public!


    Mondays at 10am

  • Out to lunch bunch hiking club

    We welcome you to join us for conversation, exercise and enjoying God’s splendid nature.


    Wednesday and Saturday from 8:45am-1:30pm
